When ordering your products, it’s up to you to make sure they’re suitable for both the space and the user, and that we have access and room to build and install them.If we can’t deliver or install your goods, we’ll cancel your order and refund you the full amount, minus a 25% restocking fee to cover return and admin costs.

Delivery
We process all VIP orders placed before midday (Mon-Fri) the same day. After that, it’s the next working day. We’ll email you within 24 hours to confirm your order details and give you an estimated delivery time. Within 48 hours, we’ll call you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery and installation will be completed within 2 weeks at a time that suits you. Once on site, we’ll demonstrate how the equipment works, ensure everything is correctly set up, and remove all packaging before we leave. Find out more about our delivery and installation.
